Paid consultations can be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the session. Inside 24 hours the fee is retained, unless we cancel.
If a session cannot go ahead because of a fault on our side, you may choose a new slot or a full refund.
Reservation deposits paid to developers are not consultation fees; those are governed by the developer's own reservation agreement, which you should read before paying.
